hayatını değiştirdiğine, ürünün topraktan tüketiciye ulaştığı süreçten emek veren herkese geçim kaynağı yaratabilmesine de dikkat çekiliyor.
Ebru Baybara Demir is a social gastronomy chef focused on creating social change by using the power of food. This film is the story of Sorgül, the oldest and best heirloom durum wheat seed produced in
Türkiye, the golden-haired daughter of Mesopotamia. It also draws attention to the creation of sustainable local economies in protecting the natural balance of seeds, soil and water; to how many
people’s lives does a meal changes; to the transport process of the produce from the soil to the consumer; and its ability to create livelihoods to everyone who puts effort in it.
