Lost" follows a young Afghan woman’s desperate escape after the Taliban’s 2021

journey with her mother, a violent separation, and a final confrontation. When
the Taliban capture her, they don’t just take her freedom; they destroy what she
holds most dear — her music. Inspired by true events, the film highlights loss,
oppression, and the silencing of art.
