civilizations long past. From Laodikeia to Hierapolis, from Tripolis to
Aphrodisias, the film unveils the traces of cultures, the continuity of faith,
and the timelessness of art. The camera captures not only archaeological remains,
but also humanity’s struggle against time and the memory engraved in stone.
In the filmmaking process, artificial intelligence technologies were actively
integrated, blending traditional footage with AI-generated visual
reconstructions. This approach was employed to reimagine the atmosphere of
ancient cities, establish visual continuity, and ignite the viewer’s imagination.
Recognized as the first national AI documentary to receive awards at
international film festivals, At the Edge of Time also stands out as the most
awarded AI-hybrid documentary film of 2025.
